Our major production equipments include: medium-frequency induction furnace (3t, 6t) one set for each type, 53 sets of electroslag furnace with one weighing 500kg , 6 sets of 750kg air harmer (among them are 2 manipulators), 5 sets of rolling machine, 23 sets of heat treatment furnace, 23 sets of straightening machine, 120 sets of grinding machine, centerless (M1080: 112, M1083: 6, M10100: 6) , one set of eddy current ***ector. Our annual output is 20,000t, including engine valve steel bar of Austenite 9,000t, Martensite 7,000t as well as other heat resisting steel 4,000t.
At present, the annual output and sale of our engine valve steel bar rank first in China.
Due to our need for self-development and the satisfaction of the fast growing market demand,
We made a new production line, include 25tons of electric arc furnace, 25 tons of AOD, 25 tons of LF finery,25tons of VOD, planishing, heat treatment, straightening, grinding and inspection.
Austenite engine valve steel, Matensite Engine Valve Steel, Structure of Alloy Steel, Superalloy NiCr15Fe7TiAl¡¢NiCr20TiAl, The alloy structured steel of 422S¡¢UNS G15470¡¢45Mn2¡¢UNS G86450 which were successfully developed in recent years £¬Among of them,45Mn2 is the appointed material of Ford item.
In 2003 we successfully developed the high technique and good performance superalloy of NCF80A, Inconel751 and the austenite valve steel of 6Cr21Mn10MoVNbN
Our co***ny passed ISO 9002 in 2000, passed ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2000 which was the third party certification in 2004.
